DR. TOO BUSY

Dr. Too Busy is to busy practicing medicine to notice that her billing is in shambles. Afterall, she went to med school to practice medicine - not be a biller. She assumes that because she is diligently doing her job that so is everyone else. She doesn't even look at the billing reports. She doesn't have time. But even if she did look at them,she would not understand them. But that's ok. Her biller doesn't understand them either.
