Dr. I'VE DONE BILLING BEFORE is stuck in the past. Thirty years ago when his practice first began, he was the biller, doctor, and medical assistant. But thirty years later, billing has evolved and changed. It's hard to tell this doctor that what he used to do is now outdated. He feels that having your hand in the cookie jar now certifies you as a cook. He constantly repeats his billing accomplishments of yesterday, while ignoring the automation of today.
